Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse within 4-5 business days of receipt of order and payment.

A: Depending on the mode of shipping we will provide you with traking information.

Q: Shipping information

A: We work with our regional shipping partners to offer the best shipping options for our customers.  Our shipping fees cover processing, packing and delivery of your items.  All orders ship out in 4-5 business days of the order being placed and payment receipt.  You will receive an email confirming your order and a follow up email also with shipping options and charges.

Q: Do you ship International?

A: Yes we do ship internationally.

Shipping & processing charges are based according to the product and shipping method chosen.

Q: Payment

A: Currently we only accept using Paypal. We also accept payments through International cards via PayPal. You can also choose to pay by bank transfer. To know more, kindly drop us a mail at ancientcrafts@outlook.com. We offer a 5% discount for all payments made via bank transfer as savings on the PayPal transfer charges. 

Q: Do I have to pay additional taxes and duties on the website prices?

A: Product pricing displayed on the site are per piece/set, inclusive off all taxes levied but exclusive of any custom related duties and/or local taxes applicable.

Q: How can I make a change in my order or cancel my order?

A: Any change or cancellation is only possible if the information is received before the order gets dispatched. Please get in touch with us for the same at ancientcrafts@outlook.com.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only.

This does not apply to clearance items. In case of non-manufacturing defects, the shipping cost for the return has to borne by the customer.
